It is crucial that learners ensure their satisfaction with the learning content; however, if there are any concerns or issues with their enrollments, they are welcome to request a refund.
Refunds are handled differently in Acadeum Skills Marketplace than in Acadeum Course Share. Because learners are paying for the learning content directly through Acadeum Skills Marketplace, refunds for Acadeum Skills Marketplace enrollments do not need to be initiated through Support.
Each Partner that provides content to Acadeum Skills Marketplace has a distinct refund policy. If a learner needs to request a refund, please have them refer to their acceptance email to find the learning content provider. Alternatively, administrative users can view the learner's enrollment information by using the Manage Enrollments tab.
The refund policy for each content provider is listed below.
Certiport
Certiport has a no return policy. All sales are final. If Certiport cannot fulfill a customer's order, Certiport will evaulate the issue on a case-by-case basis, and will either replace the digital content or offer a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on the customer's credit card statement. Please see the Certiport Return Policy for more information.
Coursera
Learners may request a refund within 14 days (two weeks) after payment. Please see the Coursera Refund Policy page for more information.
MedCerts
Learners have the right to cancel this agreement entirely either prior to, or up to 21 days after the program start date. When written notice of program cancellation is received, a 100% refund will be issued for any tuition and fees paid to date. Please see the MedCerts Refund Policy for more information.
Muzzy Lane
Certain refund requests for Subscriptions may be considered by Muzzy Lane Software on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of Muzzy Lane Software. Please see the Muzzy Lane Terms & Conditions for more information.
